Pistachios

Kahraman has a strong impression in the major pistachio producing origins with presence across the entire spectrum. We operate 7 pistachio processing facilities across Europe and Middle-east which are HACCP, ISO or BRC certified.

Kahraman processes in-shell pistachios and kernels in a range of origins, grades and sizes to develop new ingredients for confectionery, baking, ice creams, roasters and other applications.

Edible Nuts

Kahraman have built relationships with nut growers and customers for over 40 years and also We offer market insights and market intelligence enhanced by our relationships in country and with our teams.

Kahraman has a complete line of natural, kernel and in-shell products with a range of sizes and forms. Our portfolio includes pine nuts, almonds, walnuts and apricot kernels.

Across Asia and Europe, we have more than 25 procurement, processing and packaging facilities, many of which are HACCP or BRC-certified, enabling full traceability to international standards.

Tahini & Sesame Seeds

Tahini is creamy and smoothie paste made from finest sesame seeds. Tahini is used for as a healthy alternative spread or a food ingredient for many industries such as hummus and halwa.

At Kahraman sesame is processed with fully automated, state-of-art machineries and crushed with traditional stone mills to get pure and sustaining product. Tahini is pasteurized with validated heat treatment system to eliminate the possibility of any food related microbiological organism.

Sesame is a tasty, versatile ingredient that you can easily integrate in a wide range of food and cuisine applications and containers lots of minerals and saturated fats.
